As an addition to the process solution OK.FIS VA VGA (consumption billing) of the AKDB AöR for municipal finance, the following advantages arise compared to the list of hardcopies in paper form:Manual effort to record the meter readings in the process is eliminated.Optimal overview of the already made or still to be performed meter readings by filter function and full-text search in the read-out appAdditional information about the individual metersThe read-out app ensures that all information needed for OK.FIS is fully captured.Errors during manual entry of a meter reading and reading date can be avoided by plausibility checks.The meter readings recorded in the read-out app can be imported into the OK.FIS procedure by means of a CSV file.The registration of meter readings is paperless.
